About the collection
The Mooncake cookbook collection is a culinary map of Amsterdam's cultural diversity. The collection offers a mix of traditional cookbooks, food and cooking history lessons from different cultures, and social components such as the effect of certain expat migration on the culinary landscape of Amsterdam in recent years. As an additional feature, the collection contains rare and special books, recipes and specific knowledge that one cannot easily come by or would quickly encounter in the culinary and literary books on offer.
